There are a range of safeguarding topics and themes that sit within our curriculum and are discussed in the safeguarding culture we have at TSLA. Staff and students have a strong understanding of safeguarding themes, risks and topics. This has been evidenced in our staff survey where 100% of staff stated they know the signs to look out for across a range of topics and how to report any concerns.
We work with a range of partners (listed below) to ensure that all stakeholders in our community feel safe and listened to.
